Dashboard & Calendar

Sentinel is designed to maximize access and monitoring of business processes and data.  Sentinel’s Dashboard is user-specific and highly configurable, providing current status and notifications.  Users can quickly filter and drill into processes, assignments and real-time reports and toggle between the Dashboard and detail views.

Filters, e.g. Mandates and Categories, enable the Process and Control views on the Dashboard to be quickly filtered.  A click on a process status bar immediately takes the user to a process list of the selected status.

My and Monitored Assignments are accessible directly from the Dashboard and Calendar.

The user can also toggle between the Dashboard and a Calendar view of owned and accessible information with status indicators and detail access by date.  Access to any data views is permission-based.

Communications

Sentinel is designed to automatically communicate and to support user communication in a wide variety of ways, e.g. alerts, assignment notifications, status changes, emails and more.  A key objective is to remove human error and forgetfulness from the process communication cycle.  Assignments are posted to the Dashboard and Calendar based on the notification days selected.

Sentinel’s Risk Agent is constantly monitoring Sentinel data and interfaces with other systems to ensure that scheduled notifications and critical changes are captured and communicated immediately.

Based on Scheduling parameters Sentinel sends email notifications (with links) and posts assignments and other notifications to appropriate dashboards and calendars.

Sentinel’s Email function works with Microsoft Outlook™ and provides for user-defined emails to be sent, with or without attachments, on schedule to users and outside recipients.  Emails can be sent or returned to a POP3 mailbox where attached documents are automatically retrieved and stored in a designated folder for authorized user access.
