SentinelOn is configured at several levels:
- Primary Implementation Options are configured when SentinelOn is first installed. They include such options as email protocols, SSL certificate, process options, status tags, reason statements, on-screen list lengths, date formats. Also included are Threat options.
- Secondary Implementation Options can be revised by a SentinelOn Administrator and include navigation, email configuration, passwords, scheduling options, workdays and calendaring, time tracking.
- Roles, Permissions and Logins are configured and managed at the SentinelOn Administrator level. The administrator may also define certain access parameters within SentinelOn functions, e.g. access to Library documents.
- Users have limited ability to configure screen views, e.g. Dashboard, by way of the Menu function.
- Authorized users can configure Project and Process templates and define certain data components based upon Role Permissions.
